Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging and all accessories.

Returns are fully refundable.

Returns should be sent to the following address:
PEAKMEDIA — 36 Rue Saint Henri, 59110 La Madeleine, France.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for returning your item.

2. Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your package and the validation or refusal of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days.
If refused, you will be informed by email with the reasons for refusal.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to obtain another item, we recommend that you return it for a refund and then place a new order on our site.


4. Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We will do what is necessary quickly to resolve the problem (refund or replacement).


5. Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

* Gift cards
* Personalized or custom-made products

6. International Orders

Customers located outside of France can also benefit from our 30-day return policy.
Refund times may vary depending on carriers and local banks.
